For breakfast I had oatmeal and cranberry juice. This is a very healthy way to start the day because oatmeal gives you a lot of energy and is very filling. Cranberry juice is also very good for you because it is good for your heart. For lunch today, I had a turkey sandwich with carrots and broccoli. This is very healthy because the vegetables were raw so they had all of their nutrients. Tonight for dinner I had fish and string beans. The string beans were steamed so they did not have much flavor, but they were very good. The fish was baked without many spices, just salt. Because it had a light taste it was very healthy.

For breakfast on Friday I had a bagel with cream cheese and orange juice. The bagel is not very healthy because there are a lot of carbs, but the orange juice is very healthy. For lunch, I had Chinese food. I had chicken and vegetable fried rice. This was not very healthy because it was fried, but it was very delicious and flavorful. With my lunch, I had cola. Cola is not very healthy because it has a lot of sodium and sugar. For dinner this night, I had pasta and spinach. This was very healthy. Spinach is very healthy because it has a lot of nutrients and is a dark green color. I did not have dessert.

Today for breakfast I ate cinnamon buns. These are very delicious, but not very healthy. For lunch, because it was Thanksgiving, I went with my family to an American restaurant. I had turkey, gravy, peas, potatoes, stuffing, and bread. These are fairly healthy, but I ate too much so it probably was not very healthy. After lunch, I had ginger tea. Later, I went to my grandmothers for dinner. We had turkey, ham, mashed potatoes, candied yams, string bean casserole, stuffing, brussel sprouts with bacon, and cornbread. This was very healthy because my grandfather is a good cook and does not use a lot of salt or MSG.
