On my last day, for breakfast I had eggs, bacon, and potatoes. With my potatoes I had ketchup which is high in sugar and salt. Bacon is also high in fat. Eggs have a lot of protein but they also have a lot of cholesterol. This big breakfast gave me a lot of energy for my day. As a snack in between lunch and breakfast, I had fruit snacks from the vending machine. This is not a good snack because it has a lot of calories and sugar. For lunch, I had a turkey sandwich with lettuce and cheese. This is a fairly good lunch because it has grains, meat, dairy, and vegetables. I also had a pear which was my fruit serving. For dinner, I had steak and potatoes which has a lot of protein and starch. With my dinner I had a glass of water. For dessert, I had a slice of pumpkin pie with whipped cream. This is not very good because it has a lot of sugar. Before I went to bed, I had green tea. I feel my diet today was very balanced.

Today I had a lot of sugar and a lot of grains. For breakfast I had toast with jam and butter. The jam and butter are not very healthy because they contain fat and sugar. With my breakfast, I had green tea which has a lot of antioxidants which are good for the body. During second period I had half of a bagel with cream cheese which has many carbs and grains, and also dairy. For lunch, I had a salad with cucumber and olives and a piece of French bread. I also had an apple so that I ate some fruit. When I got home from school, I had a piece of pizza which is high in fat and also has a lot of grains and carbs. With my pizza I had a glass of water. For dinner, I had pork dumplings with soy sauce and orange juice. Instead of having dessert, I had another fruit to balance my sugar. Before I went to bed however, I had hot chocolate which is high in sugar.

For breakfast today I had a sandwich with bacon, eggs, and cheese with a glass of water. This has a lot of sodium making it not very healthy, and cheese is not very good for you. I had gum during second period which has a lot of sugar, but not many calories. I had water throughout the day and when I got home I had a snack. For my snack I had a bowl of wheat cereal to give me energy to do my homework. I also had a few glasses of lemonade before dinner. For dinner, I had chicken with tomatoes and artichokes. This was healthy because it was fresh and had a lot of vegetables, but it was very oily. I had no dessert but I had green tea before bed.

For breakfast I had a bagel with strawberry cream cheese. It was healthy because it was fresh and made with good ingredients. With my bagel I had raspberry lemonade, which is not very healthy because it contains a lot of sugar. I had a snack in between breakfast and lunch. For my snack I had yogurt. Yogurt is healthy, however, it contains a lot of sugar. Next, for lunch I had chicken wings with blue cheese sauce. This was very flavorful and fresh because my mom made it. I love chicken wings because they are tasty. However, they are very messy because you eat them with your hands. For dinner I had steak, fried bananas, and corn. I had lemonade with my meal. This was healthy because it was homemade, however, the bananas were fried and oily making them not so healthy. For dessert, I had chocolate cake which has a lot of sugar and calories. Before I went to bed I had a glass of water, which I have every night.

For breakfast I had oatmeal and cranberry juice. This is a very healthy way to start the day because oatmeal gives you a lot of energy and is very filling. Cranberry juice is also very good for you because it is good for your heart. For lunch today, I had a turkey sandwich with carrots and broccoli. This is very healthy because the vegetables were raw so they had all of their nutrients. Tonight for dinner I had fish and string beans. The string beans were steamed so they did not have much flavor, but they were very good. The fish was baked without many spices, just salt. Because it had a light taste it was very healthy.

For breakfast on Friday I had a bagel with cream cheese and orange juice. The bagel is not very healthy because there are a lot of carbs, but the orange juice is very healthy. For lunch, I had Chinese food. I had chicken and vegetable fried rice. This was not very healthy because it was fried, but it was very delicious and flavorful. With my lunch, I had cola. Cola is not very healthy because it has a lot of sodium and sugar. For dinner this night, I had pasta and spinach. This was very healthy. Spinach is very healthy because it has a lot of nutrients and is a dark green color. I did not have dessert.

Today for breakfast I ate cinnamon buns. These are very delicious, but not very healthy. For lunch, because it was Thanksgiving, I went with my family to an American restaurant. I had turkey, gravy, peas, potatoes, stuffing, and bread. These are fairly healthy, but I ate too much so it probably was not very healthy. After lunch, I had ginger tea. Later, I went to my grandmothers for dinner. We had turkey, ham, mashed potatoes, candied yams, string bean casserole, stuffing, brussel sprouts with bacon, and cornbread. This was very healthy because my grandfather is a good cook and does not use a lot of salt or MSG.
