Today for breakfast I ate cinnamon buns. These are very
delicious, but not very healthy. For lunch, because it was Thanksgiving, I went
with my family to an American restaurant. I had turkey, gravy, peas, potatoes,
stuffing, and bread. These are fairly healthy, but I ate too much so it
probably was not very healthy. After lunch, I had ginger tea. Later, I went to
my grandmothers for dinner. We had turkey, ham, mashed potatoes, candied yams,
string bean casserole, stuffing, brussel sprouts with bacon, and cornbread.
This was very healthy because my grandfather is a good cook and does not use a
lot of salt or MSG.
