For breakfast today I had a sandwich with bacon, eggs, and cheese with a glass of water. This has a lot of sodium making it not very healthy, and cheese is not very good for you. I had gum during second period which has a lot of sugar, but not many calories. I had water throughout the day and when I got home I had a snack. For my snack I had a bowl of wheat cereal to give me energy to do my homework. I also had a few glasses of lemonade before dinner. For dinner, I had chicken with tomatoes and artichokes. This was healthy because it was fresh and had a lot of vegetables, but it was very oily. I had no dessert but I had green tea before bed.

对于今天的早饭我和熏肉三明治,鸡蛋,并用一杯水的奶酪。这有大量的钠使之不是很健康的,而奶酪是不是对你非常好。我有口香糖在此期间,有大量的糖第二期,但不是很多热量。我有水在一天,当我回到家我有一个小吃。对于我的零食我吃了一碗麦片的给我的精力去做我的功课。晚饭前我也有过几杯柠檬水。吃晚饭,我只好鸡西红柿和朝鲜蓟。这是健康的,因为它是新鲜,有很多蔬菜,但它是很油腻。我没有甜点,但我不得不绿茶睡前。
