For breakfast today I had a sandwich with bacon, eggs, and
cheese with a glass of water. This has a lot of sodium making it not very
healthy, and cheese is not very good for you. I had gum during second period
which has a lot of sugar, but not many calories. I had water throughout the day
and when I got home I had a snack. For my snack I had a bowl of wheat cereal to
give me energy to do my homework. I also had a few glasses of lemonade before
dinner. For dinner, I had chicken with tomatoes and artichokes. This was
healthy because it was fresh and had a lot of vegetables, but it was very oily.
I had no dessert but I had green tea before bed.
