Today I had a lot of sugar and a lot of grains. For breakfast I had toast with jam and butter. The jam and butter are not very healthy because they contain fat and sugar. With my breakfast, I had green tea which has a lot of antioxidants which are good for the body. During second period I had half of a bagel with cream cheese which has many carbs and grains, and also dairy. For lunch, I had a salad with cucumber and olives and a piece of French bread. I also had an apple so that I ate some fruit. When I got home from school, I had a piece of pizza which is high in fat and also has a lot of grains and carbs. With my pizza I had a glass of water. For dinner, I had pork dumplings with soy sauce and orange juice. Instead of having dessert, I had another fruit to balance my sugar. Before I went to bed however, I had hot chocolate which is high in sugar.


今天,我有很多的糖和很多谷物。早饭我有烤面包,果酱和黄油。果酱和黄油是不是很健康,因为它们含有的脂肪和糖。随着我的早餐,我有绿茶里面有很多的抗氧化剂,是对身体有益的。在第二个时期我有一半奶油奶酪里面有很多的碳水化合物和谷物和奶制品也是一个面包圈。吃午饭,我只好用黄瓜和橄榄一块法国面包沙拉。我也有一个苹果,让我吃了一些水果。当我从学校回家,我有一块比萨饼是高脂肪,也有大量的谷物和碳水化合物。随着我的比萨我有一杯水。晚餐时,我不得不猪肉饺子酱油和橙汁。而不是有甜点,我有另外的水果来平衡我的糖。之前,我去睡觉不过,我有热巧克力是含糖量高。

  1. 对,绿茶很健康。你记得在中国。女人在茶园告诉我们,绿茶是最好的饮料。
